I am a professional architect who has a passion for nature. I spend the bulk of my free time capturing the splendor of Southern African wildlife and nature on camera. I find the time spent at dawn and late afternoons in natural surroundings particularly cathartic. I soon become one with the environment when viewing life through the lens of a camera and it is these special moments that I wish to capture and share.
I have been interested in photography from an early age but have never had any formal training or been a member of any photographic club or association . My skills have been acquired by reading extensively as well as by trial and error. My daily contact and involvement with creativity has no doubt influenced my ability to see and capture these special moments.
